Wonder how long they will leave it before a reunion tour?

I still liked a lot of the stuff they were doing after 'Green'. I thought Monster was very good as was Out of Time. Maybe I became my parents? although I couldn't ever see me old man listening to REM.
I do remember in about 1991 I came home from the pub earlyish on a Sunday night and was listening to The Stone Roses in the house. My parents came back with some friends they'd been out with and surprisingly we all sat and listened to the whole album together drinking whiskey. I felt somewhat dirty afterwards though that I'd allowed them into my life like that.
