Are we going to a back four?

I bet it has been considered since losing Hyam.

Probably leaves us a bit short in midfield though.

Plus we've played 3 at the back for what 3 years now, would be a big change to suddenly adapt to.

Don't get me wrong I'm just as annoyed as everybody else about how things stand at present but come off it the amount of bitching there is on here and other social media outlets at the minute is just driving it all into negativity (understandly so) its not gonna help is it. I understand ur point but understand mine i don't want that shit around me tomorrow night. For me I will be in party mode and so should everyone else seeing its the 1st game back get the shirts ready, which I hope they are win, lose or draw..

No 100% as always when you step into the ground you’re supporting the lads on the pitch. Especially as shouting at the owners at games does nothing aside from put the players off.

Ranting on here about what a bunch of cunts they are is IMO the appropriate forum though.

Thank u for the etiquette in response. Just when u see certain shit sometimes u can't help get rattled. I don't know as much as anyone one. I've been brought up to be positive. Energy attracts....PUSB

The vibe in the ground tonight was worse than anything last season. Robins mentioned it too and it’s impact on younger players.

True hate that myself it is hard. Not much I can say. Everyone is entitled to the views not going to deny that. Just don't want what we have built disappear like a click.

I really don’t think it was. He’s looking in completely the wrong direction for people to blame because he still can’t bring himself to blame the pricks in charge.

Whos looking?? Think u will agree its got to come from the top I would argue with anyone if u say Robins is to blame for our current plight at this time. Shit rolls. Of we lose any coaching staff were fucked more than what we are now

that's what happens when you have a team full of league 1 players playing in the championship i'm afraid

Not all. But what's the fecking alternative. Spread rumored and have a joke maybe.

Apologies I'm just venting.

I’m saying I’m not having that the support was poor tonight. Especially considering the utter wank that was being served on the pitch

Were you at the same game? Fans stayed behind the team throughout.

There are grounds in this league where they start booing if a player's lace comes undone.

We've won 8 in about 36 games and we're still singing his name and urging the team on. Not having that at all.

It wasn’t poor, but there was a vibe around the ground.

Well it started with being kept out of the ground till 7.05, the performance itself was really poor for the most part but I didn't pick up a negative vibe. And if there is, what does anyone expect-this is the worst transfer window since 2016, we have one fucking point by September and are about to get spanked twice. That and a player who has risen with the club from League 2 has been forced out of the door to a club that was taking the piss out of us more than praising their new signing.

And you know what-none of it would have happened if we had owners capable of even just plugging a temporary cashflow shortfall that they would have got back with the rearranged fixtures.

I’m probably a “SISU puppet” or something similar and it has a big IF caveat, but if you gave me this window in may I would have taken it. Doyle and Panzo both look like players. Palmer is a good addition and we’ve kept the four players everyone wanted to. In my opinion (and subject to no sales tomorrow) it’s being massssively overplayed how bad it’s been. Tonight should be on Robins not the board/window. It was a dire selection with plenty of options.

Well the salient facts are

We have had all the effects of losing O'Hare with none of the transfer fee
A defence that was already haemorrhaging comical goals has been made weaker
We have bundled out a central defender for nowhere near enough to meet the cashflow problem-so more have to depart anyway
Palmer you can tell is some distance from full fitness
We have already seemingly given up on the only recognised cover for Bidwell

We are already adrift at the bottom with far harder fixtures to come than the ones we opened with. It just looks seriously grim.

Awkward

“Meanwhile, left wing back Tayo Adaramola joined in July from Crystal Palace on a season-long loan deal.”

He was poor against Bristol City and he’s also been poor in the 21s, think it’s just a case as he’s just not good enough yet.
Yeah maybe just seems fairly quick to have seen something in a player and then dicard them unless we want to reduce wages.
