Got another pb at parkrun this morning. 5 weeks ago I attempted a pb and managed 23.00. Today im at 21.40 so really happy with that.

Did a lovely 6 mile run today , got out into washbrook lane , bridle brook and wall hill road . Not sure if that will be on the half...
