So he resigns.
What a stupid decision originally from the owners.
They are in big danger.
Who will save them?

Just reinforces that many owners haven't got a fucking clue about football.

One of the most bizarre sagas in this football season, this. Sacking Rowett considering where they were in the table was an absolute scandal. It made absolutely no sense whatsoever, and look at where it's got them. They were 7th when Rowett was deposed. You reap what you sow, I guess.

I heard somebody talk about this appointment and they said basically that when these rich owners talk to their pals they say I have bought a football club and the manager is Gary Rowett so their friends say who so they replace with a name that they have heard of.

Sacked a good manager and appointed a big name. Got what they deserved. Zola was an utter failure.
More mis-management. People who know nothing about football meddling in football affairs.

I thought Brum might be a bit too far North for ol' Arry.

Blackburn have a fairly tough run in.

All three clubs have ridiculous owners, my father in law is a blues fan and he just shakes his head.

I hope Blackburn go

All three of those Clubs have had cash thrown at them by Overseas investors.
All have made absolute barmy decisions over the last five years or so.
Then you see the small newer clubs equaling or outperforming them.

Now where have we seen that before, good management works better than throwing money at problems.

Going to the Huddersfield game on Saturday. Almost a sell out and no doubt will be in a day or two. Their game at Bristol City on the last day of the season sold out almost 2 weeks ago too. Their fans are loyal as they come but are fearing the worse. What's interesting is Blackburn are just 3 points behind them and play the Villa on Saturday. Wonder what the Villa fans will be like if they lose. If I had to pick a side that will drop it'd be them. Can't see them getting anything on Saturday or at Ashton Gate.
