Isn't it just bsb. I went to Latvia about 5-6 years ago. A lot of Russians there. And let me tell you, not only are they racist and homophobic but they do not like the English at all. We were sniffed out as English a couple of times while we were over there and its just lucky we were by the taxi rank both times.
I honestly don't get how FIFA could justify it over ourselves and Spain. The worst they said about our bid was a lack of high speed rail for goodness' sake!
