Fair play to Leamington for helping out and getting this game on. Pretty worrying sign though, is this our first game under new ownership at the CBS and its been moved elsewhere?

Unforeseen circumstances? Sounds like a blag you'd use to get the day off work. Worrying.

Not sure, we didnt see it coming. In terms of the match itself, yes its potentially concerning as to why its been moved. However, why was it being played at rhe CBS anyway?

isn't there some rule that a certain number of youth games have to be played at the clubs main ground

Did they take the decision to host it there before the Ashley takeover?

hopefully just a bit of work going on inside the ground that wasn’t planned when it was scheduled - half the people complaining wouldn’t have gone anyway

Fairly certain it has to played at home ground or approved alternative

Perhaps they are getting stuck into the neglected maintenance list?

Would be nice if the club actually disclosed that why instead of having people second guessing and causing more rumours

From what I’ve heard. This isn’t good news going forward. Not much detail but have been told it’s bad news. Hopefully whatever the issue is, it gets resolved and quick

Related to the option that CCC had to keep sublease "as is" upon transfer to Fraser group?... did they choose not to put this in??

Oh yeah can just see it

We’ve had to move the game due to the new owners being pains in the arse about everything and this is just one of the consequences or something else

Don’t be daft

I heard that Southampton youth were coming tooled up. and the police refused to police the area around The Cherry Tree, as they were too busy protecting Mayor Maton from @duffer .
Might be a load of rubbish though

More likely we have no pot to piss in until takeover goes through and in case it doesn't we need every penny saved until we can offload a player in Jan. No idea how much it would cost to put a youth game on at the cbs but my guess is a lot more than at Leamington!

Indeed. Not an essential piece of kit for curling one down, though.

It is if you are serious about targeting the away dugout from the roof of the stand

You have a point, though you wouldn't catch me on the roof of a stand for all the tea in China.
