AS things stand at the mo. The cva has to be rejected. OR this 28 day period being asked for, not sure what a delay would do other than put us beyond the Bristol City game still in administration and I think will put the heat on Paul Appleton, lets not forget him, but Fisher will have no say in the running of the business and FL said they cannot agree ground share while we are still in admin. Okay we can't sign anyone but for me that's a small price to pay, and we might win anyway.

An extremely difficult decision for those involved, but as a mere fan I say reject the CVA. Yes, we would then incur a further points deduction and run the very serious risk of another relegation but at least there would be some investigation into the murky goings on by Shitzu. As far as I am concerned CCFC will be dead the moment the first ball is kicked at Sixfields. As for ACL I realise that they will have to vote with their shareholders in mind and will probably have to say yes (even though I don't think that they would want to).

ACL have had all their biro's taken so they will be unable to sign the CVA.
Sisu said it was Mcsheffrey as a revenge,ACL replied It won't be him as Sheff's no good at taking pens.

I too understood that the ground share could not go ahead if we were still in admin. and was therefore very surprised by the sale of season tickets last week. Does Fishface know something which we don't?

You get the feeling the path Bob Ainsworth has taken, edms, questions in the House, minister involvement that all that is geared to a plan and whatever ACL decide to do will be part of that plan

Reject. that 15 points buys us the chance to have a look in the dark corners of SISU's nasty little business, and maybe, just maybe, the chance to be free of them.

I a.m assuming Fisher is working to a timescale and has to carry on regardless as if the share will be happen. Remember there are away fans who need tickets. Lets see if anyone actually gets a season ticket, must happen this week surely.

Not only their shareholders, but they also have a duty to the other stakeholders - like Compass, the casino and all the emplyees who very much depend on the customers the club brings around.
Refusing the CVA will make certain that the club goes to sixfields while signing the CVA will open the door for negotiation.
Refusing the CVA will allow for investigations of directors actions, but it will mainly be those preceding Fisher - i.e. fans hero Gary Hoffman!

I fail to see how any investigation will lead to sisu going away or the club being sold to another party.

If they sign it (which I think they will)
We will definitely be in Northampton for a year or two.
I wonder if they can defer it.

I can't see any way that Shitzu and ACL can negotiate. The situation is long past that!

Reject the CVA & investigate.

Not only that I think the government must legislate ASAP to prevent owners maltreating the fans & destroying the essential character of the game, if that isn't done it will be tantamount to allowing the American system of franchises to be imported through the back door. I fear though nothing concrete will happen till after the next election, which will be too late for us.

so some are advocating not to sign, ACL condemn the sky blues to -15 points and risk of further relegation? As both are culpable why so much hate for SISU who are the football club not ACL?

Don't sign, we're in div 2 in any case. there will be no money for players playing at Sixfields and 15 points is a small price to pay if we can build from home, at the Ricoh with new owners.

The only was is up, unless Otium stay in charge.

Both are NOT culpable....... only SISU of trying to bankrupt ACL and Higgs by running away not paying their bills.

Said before there's a 28 day "cooling off period" what I am not sure about is is the cva signed and there's a cooling off period, as suggested on here yesterday, but why ? Or is it to think about it ? You would think the latter, anyone know how it works

Because the vast majority have seen the whites of their eyes....and its not a pretty sight.
If you think they are owners worthy of our great club, the proud city it represents (look at what happened yesterday) and its traditions then I feel sorry for you.
Time to wake up Paxman, unite and drive these leeches out.

It's clearly a difficult concept for you. Ltd will be liquidated but otium will claim title to the golden share and will retain ownership of the playing side.

Where did you get that from?

If the CVA is refused the sale will still go through. Limited will remain in administration, but FL will still grant the Golden Share to Otium as it have all the players and are the only entity who can field a team to play.
FL may then - as has happened before - allow the club to exit administration by paying a penalty of 15 points.

So while the club continues under Otium out of administration, Limited stays in administration as investigations will look at the companys trading going back to 1995. That will probably take another year and even if the investigations find illegal actions taken - only the directors responsible will face charges. Not sisu. Not Otium. The club will remain part of Otium.

Yes ... it REALLY is a difficult concept!

Take the 15 points reject the CVA and get back some respect by getting rid of our scum owners. If they carry on 15 points will be neither here nor there as we will be 30 points adrift at the end of this season with the kids.

You are both missing the point.

Unless the CVA is sanctioned they cannot come out of administration. The Football League (for what they are worth) state that they will sanction the move to Northampton, but cannot do so till the club is out of administration. Hence forcing the games to revert back to the Ricoh.

I'm begining to think the majority on here are under 15!
If CCFC is liquidated it will not exist to be sold. (again)
but relax, Ccfc Ltd is NOT the club
Otium have that tucked up nice and secure.
Keep up in tge back row!

Paxman Sisu are our owners, responsible for the stewardship and well being of our club over 5 years...

They have got us relegated, halved our revenue (halved gates and lost sponsorship/corporates), increased our debt (whist saying it was written off), decimated our squad to a bunch of kids, failed to build any relationship with key stakeholders, ignored fans/paper/trusts/people of cov, repeatedly failed to file accounts (which is illegal) which caused transfer embargos, have used a web of companies to 'play' the administration system- causing us to miss out on a new owner and fresh start, conspired to move us out of Coventry against pretty much everyones wish..

Can you possibly understand 'why so much hate for Sisu'?

and to reiterate

Don't sign the CVA!!!

League rules allow for this to happen. Otium with ownership of holdings are not in administration.
