I wouldn't be against the idea either. But im sure our board will be saying to prospective managers "you must be prepared to work with the existing back room" (not that Robins has left us with much) ...... Like they did for Robins ...... Atleast for the first few weeks before letting him bring back a physio who we sacked off in the summer, a fitness coach (he may have already been here) and his own assistant
