... as you continue to see that its all sisus fault, look to have made an even more stupid decision now the play off dream looks almost in our grasp.

I keep reading how it'd about the next 50 years so its ok to miss a chance at promotion (despite our ridiculous consistent under achieving usually) which is why the stance not to pay the extortionate rent is an even better reason imo.

I'm far from a sisu apologists, but as the only credible show in town I still think we have a better chance of getting it right eventually with them at the helm.

Forgive me, but surely it's SISU's threat of liquidation that's brought things total head in the season? ACL have had a winding up order granted since December and the call on the third party debt order not applicable until May...

Well done to all parties. SISU still got us here. The posts on here are passionate and it hurts to see Our Sky Blues in this situation.

SISU could get us out of it though. Couldn't they?

Oh and was it ACL who prevented SISU from filing accounts too: putting us in an embargo situation whilst our contemporaries strengthen with loans?

Utter bollocks to stave that off the council can easily say that the club can play rent free until the end of the season and sort out the mess post May.

We've used the loan system well and have a strong squad including cleverly on the day before impending embargo.

In an ideal world SISU would have paid their dues.

SISU wanted ACL to fold and nearly got their way.

And what if SISU fold before then as they threaten? You do know ACL's directors are bound by law to act in the best interests of the business, don't you?

You summed it up perfectly there Grendel, it seems some of our supporters want to see us lose 10 points or 15 or whatever it is.

The supporters should only care whats on the pitch and not off it !

No fan wants us to lose points, and to claim so pathetic. You're supporting a stance that has delivered us to where we are, and are now fabricating a stance for others that's misrepresentation at best

It is not a stance

SISU threaten liquidation and so ACL threaten administration. None of them care about the Club, in my opinon. And Linnell is right, it's ridiculous that CCC say it's "nuffink to do with us".

No. SISU threaten liquidation and ACL's directors are bound by law to protect their best interests. You can't pick and choose which bits of company law you adhere to

So right.

But credit to SISU also. The team on the pitch seem to be getting the results we need.

Sisu have put shite on the pitch, hence why most fans want them out.

If Sisu care about this club they can easily stop admin proceedings.

Difference between threat and action. Acl have actually filed the admin due to extortionate rent being withheld

No. They didn't injure him. But their actions placing us on embargo yet again prevent us getting in an emergency loan

Yes and we could lose 10 pts this season 15 the next and end up in league 2 with 5k crowds and who's going to pay the rent. It could end up ACVL cutting their nose off I'm afraid.

Can only stop by paying up which long term will do more damage as less budget to play with.

There is a threat and by law, ACL's directors have a legal duty in light of such threats to protect their position. Look, that's three times I've typed it now. I'm bored

A club of our stature should not be happy with where we are in the league, and we certainly shouldn't be grateful to owners that have put us there.
