Firstly, I want to say fair play to Daniels and Wilson, both have been a revaluation, Daniels was written off by many, I was close to, certainly had nowhere near the faith SP had. As for Wilson, I owe him an apology, totally wrote him off and he has been amazing, but the success of both of these is a testament of SP's managerial ability.
Now, to the real reason I made this thread.
At all level of the English game, not enough English players are coming through to the 1st team of their club, so my question is, if we written off these players so easily, it makes me think how much English talent has been wasted because fans and managers alike won't give these young lads a chance, can other managers learn from SP and have faith in their respective youth prospects?
PS: trying to keep feet on ground!!!
