Evening...... Any York/Leeds/North Yorks based Sky Blues around who go to games (away for the time being until things change.......) let us know as alone at Rochdale isn't the most appealing prospect......

Used to be a few of us go regular a few years (and divisions) ago.... I'm feeling the pull of the fourth division.....

Anyways be good to hear from you.

Remember the old M1 North squad from the mid 90s.
Good days.
Few of us from Doncaster, Leeds, Huddersfield etc.

Still have a season ticket and do about a dozen away games a season.
Stopped going to the Ricoh mid January and missed most of Slades last few home games. Stopped being any fun
Is Lawrence still around ?
Would be great to meet up and do a few away games next season. Always welcome to a lift down to Cov
Not sure if will get a season ticket next year. Waiting for Fisher to show some forward planning and commitments to a promotion push.

The M1 North squad sounds like a hooligan firm
Huge respect to all fans that live afar but attend as many matches that they can.

We had some great days out
Guy called Lawrence who lived near me was the main organiser.
We all went on Saturday AM with Tim Lovejoy and Helen Chamberlain. . Think it was late 90s. Seems years ago now.
Stayed overnight in Brentford all paid by Sky with an Indian meal and lots of beer. Think we went to Spurs away after the Show.

Remember when we met Chubby Brown in his pub outside Middlesbrough. Never laughed so much in my life.

Haha yeah we were far from a 'firm' nice logo though and cool name, about time we reinstated it. Block30Bloke what's your name, I'm Chris was in Shipley at the time - still go?

Remember Chubby, although I wasn't on Soccer AM.

Angry Ant - Driffield isn't a million miles away so if you fancy a game?

Every credit Neal, sounds like you still put the miles in, I started to lose it for home games after HR even more so now with all that shite WASPS branding (weren't they a dodgy 80s metal band too?).

So yeah the North Will Rise Again!

Haha, this has brought back some fun memories.
I seem to remember the conversation with Chubby Brown started when he asked us not to swear in front of his wife.
Still living in Huddersfield, and telling everyone down south how grim it is up north. That way they don't realise how nice it is and move up here. (-:

I was in Lincolnshire for years. But instead of M180 M18 M1 i went along the M180 then up to Lincoln and cut across to near Leicester 1 junction on the M1 away from the M69. Took about the same time as the M1 but less chance of bad traffic.

M18/M1/M42/M6 South for me.
Wish I had a pound for every time I've done that trip. Happy driving down and mostly miserable driving back.
Ah well, Sunday to look forward to. Happy days
Whilst we sing together, we will never lose.

Lets be honest, he was a proper gent.
Clever bloke who has played a character for 30 years that has kept him in a very nice lifestyle.
