Yodel - problems. Can anybody help please (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
Anybody got any experience sorting out Yodels mess?
Parcel (incidentally from CCFC) with a lot of stuff in was supposed to be delivered on Friday.
Yodel state, via their tracking, that it was delivered and signed for.
It wasn't.
No card, not with any neighbours.
Spoke to them a few times, said had been marked delivered by mistake and they had "found" parcel and it would be delivered today.
Absolutely no sign of it today, and they said tracking not available as had been marked delivered already. Absolute joke.
Apparently depot in Leamington- ill go there if I need to before Christmas!
Any help or experience with this would be very much appreciated.

Have you spoke to the retailer (CCFC)? Couriers are a nightmare to deal with as a recipient but the retailer can usually get more success or resend if lost?

Sent an email. No reply yet. Think the retail side are difficult to get hold of.
Have got contact for Director of Marketing but she picks and chooses when to respond. Hoping to hear back from her tomorrow.

Retail will be busy this time of year.

Do City have retail number? Maybe more prudent to call?

You got any similar address names nearby? E.g. when I lived in Limbrick Court, Lawley Close, the lazy illiterate fool delivered it to Limbrick Avenue - three streets away, completely different postcode. That’s beyond complacent. Yodel, like Hermes, are dog shit.
