I'm almost certain I saw someone on Sunday wearing a Yakubu shirt, which makes my Isaias and Cobi Jones choices in the 90s look positively inspired.

No point paying him if injured.

He was at Wembley with his family. The kids were decked out in Coventry shirts apparently.
I suspect he was upset at not being told in advance he wouldn't be on the bench

Yeah - you still got more value out of them than my '98 Jarni shirt though, eh, and the less said about my Mick Harford one the better though I believe he still leads the goals/minute ratio at the club.

<==== That's a picture of Jarni over there, btw. I still miss him, never put a foot wrong for us and we made almost £1m in profit. How many players can you say that about...

In a season of great highs but mostly lows where does the video of him man marking the halfway line sit was it a high or a low, definitely will be talked about in years to come.

Wasn't it confirmed that he was injured but Slade wouldn't let him leave the field?

Nah, but Rose will be....

You would perhaps have thought that, even though he wasn't going to play again, he'd be kept on with the rest of the group so that some of his experience could benefit the others....maybe not!

Then we wasted that money on Keith O'Neil and compounded the foo bar by signing the ginger criminal.

On the hit list of get the fuck outta my club I would put Ghadzev and Rose way up there shame about the Yak but another has been although didn't our previous manager have him on trial here for quite a while before deciding to take him on ...not exactly the Yaks fault I guess but George Thomas thanks him for his 2 assists

I would actually keep Rose. Been poor this season but he's an athlete who can make himself useful in both boxes. With a kick up the back side from Robins I think he could be useful in league 2.

Robins getting to work already. Sunday showed that we have a nuclear of a decent squad from the academy lads, we just need to add decent league 2 pros aged 24-30 and we should be alright.

Not quite on this level but my brother had Paul Cook's name on the back of his shirt (around 1995, I think?) I bet there weren't too many of those at the time.

Conor Henderson was about as bad as Robins signings got, or at least I can't think of any disasters.

He was sat behind me in a box all his kids had city shirts on wanted to look if he jumped up when we scored but forgot in my madness.

If it is that easy to get rid of players we should have treated Turd the same and maybe he would did off as well.

Rose scored a few important goals for us. He was one of our only goal threats from midfield.
Ghadzev has never been given a run of games. He's a Bulgarian international. Should probably be playing at a higher level.

alot of players people wanted out under venus and slade. now under robins they look like new players.

i have full faith in robins to keep whoever he wants and make it work.

Ghadzev made the bench on Sunday, so Robins thinks he offers something.

Wow, and i thought my Mike Marsh shirt was ill-advised...well, it was, but then neither of us was daft enough to have Carlita (31) on their shirt.

If my old mate Martin reads this, hahaha, Carlita. He literally tore it off at football training and tried to rip it to pieces with his teeth in frustration at the constant piss taking.

Didn't occur to him to just not wear it. No wonder he was in so many thick classes...

I'm not surprised we've let Yak go. All this says to me is Robins is getting to work and starting the ball rolling on clearing out to make way for players he wants to get us out of L2
