To win it in the 90th minute. That chance, that's what we were waiting for and he screwed that up.

You knew that chance was a massive one.

£8 million pound striker - surely made for those moments. Or maybe not. The team were immense . So proud of them

Reminded me a bit of Moldovan's header at Bramall Lane

Expecting Wright to finish in that position is like expecting a glass cricket bat to win you the ashes. He’s dogshit, couldn’t direct a fart out of an arsehole, never-mind put a header on target.

Rudi missed an easier chance than that tonight, tbf. Five yards out, totally unmarked and uncontested. Haji's wasn't a gimme but it felt like the total mess he made of it summed up his night.

Rudi missing or not would've been irrelevant as it was given as a Sunderland free kick so wouldn't of counted anyway

Yeah, not good enough - That moment was the chance of a tilt at bagging millions for a brief stint in the P'ship.
Looking quite lazy and disinterested of late to be honest - Head turned elsewhere, cowboy? - Please feel free to saddle up and ride on out of town.

Simms might’ve glanced it in. I think he’s a better header of the ball.

He's always been a moments player. He's let us down massively this month

He’s missed several big chances from Hull away. A v disappointing end to the season for him.

Just watched it again…. It’s a huge chance but not an easy one. You just want him to get it on target to make the keeper need to do something

I'm pretty much over the result already but I'm still furious at the lack of effort from our £7m striker when it mattered. tonight, friday and at the end of the season.

He showed the heart of a pussy cat.

The unluckiest bit was that if he missed the ball completely I think it either falls to Clarke or sneaks in at the back post. That is why we paid alot of money for him to score chances like that in big games but him and Simms are just not the forwards we need.I also think he is off in the summer and want be a loss.

The biggest joke of the season was Haji having a go at Saka for not pressing

Lampard knows that he’s inherited two lame ducks as strikers. Simms is a nervous bag of wank who constantly needs reassurance and Haji quite honestly is a moody prick who only plays when he’s feeling it.
We were ruined though by the absolute brilliance of Gyokeres.
PS Thomas -Asante has to go too

Years ago we bought Coln Stein from Rangers a player who lacked some of the finer arts of the game his effort was never questioned because he left everything on the pitch will never be able to say the same about Haji.
I can forgive players lacking the skill but not effort he should take lessons from tats in that art.He has both.

When he headed over the bar? Don't think it was a free kick given. ..

Glad he's not been chosen for the USA squad. Hope Poch makes it clear that's not good enough.

It was a free kick, Thomas shoved their lad to the floor and you can see the ref put his whistle to his lips straight away.

I don’t expect forwards to have Vik’s physicality and skill, but I do expect them to have his attitude and drive that you need to lead from the front.

This lad is pissing away a spot at the World Cup in his home country. Baffling

There was. Thomas or Kitch pushed a defender over just in front of him.

For a 6'4'' supposed centre forward he is absolute shit at heading.
