huge fuck up from the club - they don't learn do they!

everyone knows that this game is huge and that we could sell out a 45k stadium - demand far exceeds supply! so 2 things that would be soo easy to do....

1. give notice
2. use the points system for fairness

doesn't impact me as fortunate enough to have a season ticket

literally could have someone going who has been to the odd game in the last 8 years vs someone who goes to a dozen games a season

I'm trying to find just one seat, i keep seeing rows together pop up together in baskets, presumably one person put them all in their basket, frustrating.

Points system argument is baseless because you can just as much get season ticket holders buying tickets for pals and family who've never been to a game in their life - and I bet you there are a lot of STH who have done just that.

What's £195 when you factor in the rest of your costs in getting over from Thailand? I live in Scotland and haven't missed a home game this season & have kept a record of travel costs, I haven't included my ST price but if I did it would account for about 1/7th of my costs

Don't think the club have done anything wrong here, they announced they were going on sale and city fans have bought them. Some will unfortunately miss out.

Just heard where I usually sit in the Mill is now £120 for this game . It's usually £60 . A sign of things to come.
Don't they realise, I was there when we were shit.

I gave up. Spent half an hour going round in circles at checkout, so went for hospitality and the same happened so just emptied my basket and gave up

What’s the ticket office number? Apparently the one given is not recognised

Not difficult for the club to identify those doing it and just rescind the ticket.

Spot on here, season ticket holders can buy them on their own account. I work with someone who's just bought one for somebody else on his account.

I got stacks of shit on here when i suggested the points system should be used. I really feel for anybody that goes to a fair few games a season who has missed out to someone who's last game was the check a trade final.

So glad I wasn't in a meeting at 11am today!

No its not. STHs could easily have been filtered out as they already have a ticket. Its not rocket science.

Is that any better? If its Tyldesley and McCoist it'll be worth the switch.

Nothing is better than Tyldsley and McCoist unfortunately!

Wouldn't say better, just another option

Don't refresh, use the "number of seats" toggle, every time you put it up or down it internally refreshes so it won't trigger the activity block.

Seems to be the odd few popping up in blocks 11, 27, 31,32

Yeh you're right, they could be filtered out, but that isn't what the club actually does

That's because points system is only used for away games, when they want to prioritise STHs.

I managed to get some Balcony St tickets about 10 mins ago.

Showed as sold out, kept refreshing every now and then and some popped up.

They'd bumped the price up again though - £200 ffs

Managed to get a couple in the Balcony Bar, although seems they put the price up between my first at £195 and second at £210.

Same commentary team. They just broadcast the same feed to both channels.

Flag it up to the club, those websites give you row and seat number now, so the club will just cancel tickets and sell them to someone else.
