Am I right in saying MVE is out due to yellows? Will be interesting to see how we do without him as he as been ever present during this run.

Not sure if he is out next game or after 7 days?

I know we will stop winning but we have the best away record in the league 4 wins and 2 draws in 6 games
Wrexham have the 19th best home record 1 win and 3 draws in 6 games and have scored 8 and let in 10
We have scored 18 and let in 6
I really can’t wait until Rudoni is back and firing and also can’t wait to see how fl sets us up next Friday

I genuinely hope we stuff the shite out of them.

Failing that, one of our players planting a loose clearance into right into Ryan Reynolds’s face, and drawing the game, will also be acceptable.

Onwards and upwards (aim for the face, lads). 🩵

I imagine Sheaf and Doyle will be back? Sheaf was touch a go on Saturday and Doyle won't be a 3 match bad surely?

They have huge problem at left side centre backs. Doyle suspended and Blunt who deputise just got injured by all accounts injured for a few weeks. Hyam played on left side. So they have serious issues at the back.

We need to take full advantage should only play with 3 attackers.

BTA/Wright/ Saka

Torp just behind

Da Silva.. Grimes ...Kesler
Kitching/Wolf/Thomas

We shoukd play alot better with that extra midfielder/defender adding a bit more control to Mark their spare man in midfield.

Another 2 - 1 win.

Subs will make an impact.

Simms/Eccles/EMC

We should be confident and looking for nothing but a win. A draw would shit result as these are not rivals for a top 2/6 berth.

A nice firey match with Cardiff would be prefect.

a worn out Wrexham vs top of the league could be a fun Friday night

we just don’t need to show Wrexham any respect like we did in the FA cup

We thought that with Watford. Who played Wednesday night. And even had Shorter turn around then 12.30 k/o Saturday.

The scheduling is ridiculous with some of the new tv times.

That was such a strange game, even after we'd gone 4-1 down we had enough chances in the game to win 7-4, not sure how we didn't at least pull it back to a draw

Yeah was very strange game..everything went their way early on with our reserve side. We battered them once Hamer and Gyokores come on. But too little to late. Was a comeback of sorts. We hit the Crossbar / post about 3 times later on.

Agree showed too little respect.

We bought on Vik and Hamer and it was clear they were about 20 levels too good for Wrexham, but the damage had already been done by the absolutely shambolic starting 11 we put out. I'm just looking at it again now and in hindsight what happened isn't surprising at all. Fucking state of this...

If we win this, the psychological boost of having an 8 point buffer could be massive and puts onus on the teams playing Saturday to get a result

With Middlesbrough playing away at Watford, Millwall having an awkward away game against their old manager at Oxford and Stoke and Bristol City playing each other we could end the weekend in a VERY healthy position

I don't have much of an issue with Wrexham tbh, it's a bit cringey at times I guess but fair play to their proper fans cause what a journey they have been on over the last few years getting 3 successive promotions

Reynolds and McElhenney are a damn sight more likeable than the self indulgent tosser over at St. Andrews as well

If were to lose for the first time, I really, really, really don't want it to be against Hollywood FC. And I hate them for the FA Cup result from a few years back.

I'd take a 1-0 win...6 points clear after 13 games would be immense.

I really don't want it to be vs Deadpool FC or The Blunts or Stoke and Robins or the Boing Boing Bellends. Boro is the most acceptable first defeat but we'll win that too. Invincible season loading.

I think we start 5 atb, Grimes & Allen again in the midfield again with BTA, Haj & EMC/Tatts in front of them.

Close game for the first 60 minutes, but our bench blows them away and we win by a couple of goals in the end. The potential of having Torp, Rudon (?), Eccles, Simms and one of Saka/EMC to call upon in unreal depth & shows just how far we have come. Also think if we win playing this formation, we do the same for Stoke aswell.

Booked to se a comedian on Friday - thinking it was safe when I booked it. So will be going down the route of the Likely lads (will mean nothing to the younguns) and hoping that I can make it until sat morning without seeing the score.....so basically Im asking for a blackout on match updates on here please just in case I forget and log in. Thanks for your support all.

To make matters worse I am going with a Leicester season ticket holder and a Forest season ticket holder. The joys of living in North Leics!!

I'd be ok with the same starting XI we had vs. Pompey tbf. It got the job done and if we'd have been slightly more clinical we'd have been out of sight before the last ten mins when we wobbled a bit.

First game of the season missed for me, cannot get the time off work to leave early on Friday

I really hope that, presuming we are still up there after Xmas and on TV a lot that Friday night away games are not gonna be a recurring theme during the run in
