'The administrator has had to delve back to 1907 to try and establish the relevant facts.'

To think, of all those posts here complaining about how lazy and easy being an administrator is. That's got to be a typo, surely?

Going back to 1907 to find the Golden Share. If it didn't sound like a rejected Indiana Jones plot before...

From the CT:

Mr Appleton said investigations included into the complex history since 1907 when a company called The Coventry City Football Club Ltd was set up, since when it operated as “the entity responsible for managing the business affairs of the professional football club.”

Hence the importance of the word 'The'!

A very interesting read.

However I think that slimeball Appleton will sell up to SISU before anyone can gets a chance to see where the Golden Egg has (obviously) been laid, agree a short term deal with ACL and then SISU will be back in the driving seat.

Sounds like an awful situation but I think it will happen! We could be stuck with these utter clowns for years.

What a load of crap. We did not get the Golden Share until 2001 when we were relegated from the Premier League.
