Adidas have released all their World Cup shirts today. Some crackers in there, but not sure they'll all be getting as much use as others...

The Japan shirt is class. Wonder have genuinely far off Sakamoto would be from their squad?

Fucking love this Scotland kit that Tommy Hutchison is modelling. They should simply remake it for next year.

Not a fan of any of those, Germany's retro one is about the best of the bunch. I have no idea why adidas doesn't use the trefoil on the shirts.

Some of them are quite plain, but I really like the Mexico, Japan and Spain shirts.
Apparently the away shirts will actually have the trefoil on them.

I like that. Their anniversary kit a few years ago was really good as well.

Sweden? Assume that's from nations league then as they were bottom of group.

Got to ask how they’d get everyone out in an emergency and how long it’d take after full time.

You just know that players would be trying to kick the ball out of the stadium. And if a penny dropped from the ESB could kill you what would a football from that height do?

They'd have to use astro up there, what about air/conditioning oxygen for the stairs?

Strongly recommend this FT article on Saudi Arabia’s building projects for an example of how feasible this stuff is. Makes Birmingham’s new stadium design look pessimistic.

Client Challenge

They'll have a shortage of workers for that for a couple of years with the line still going, even if they are treated like slaves.

FIFA working overtime to try and get Ronaldo involved - Cristiano Ronaldo able to play at World Cup despite red card against Republic of Ireland

Hopefully backfires for Portugal anyway

Just heard that his 3 match ban, 2 games is suspended and his already severed the other game ban against Armenia so he's free to play in the world cup.

goes to show that football is corrupt.
Disgusting behaviour. Rules are rules.

What's the fucking point of any of the world cup makes a mockery of the tournament.
Maybe I'm abit ott there but it's favouritism and it's not fair on the other nationalities participating.

Infantino is absolutely insufferable

Odious little man, and considering he was meant to be FIFA's breath of fresh air/clean slate, he is for me worse than Sepp Blatter ever was

Hear hear!

His defence of Qatar's records on human rights because Europeans did things bad centuries ago was galling. These people just have no sense of how stupid they look and sound when they come out with this nonsense.

God, this world cup draw is cringe.
So we're going to get a half time show during the final - like the Superbowl.
Yuk
