Seen some greedy people trying to sell tickets at 4 times face value. If people are buying these with Wembley in mind if the guy sling is a season ticket her and it has his customer number on it that ticket may not be valid for Wembley.

Good point Surely any ticket bought will have the other persons customer number on anyway?

Could you lot report the touting posts as soon as you see them so we can sort them out?

Ones at face value are fine or posts with "offers" but when somebody is trying to purposely sell them for a lot more than face value then just hit report.

Also if you're buying a ticket just so you can get a Wembley ticket, you deserve to be ripped off.

Why? Seriously, people want to go to Wembley to see city that haven't been before. Maybe think before you write, idiot.

Who said anything about that? What about those that couldn't get tickets for other reasons and are trying to get some? Yeah, let's just rip them off.

Not sure why anyone would pay that much over the odds just to guarantee a Wembley ticket anyway.

IF we get past Crewe, there will be at least 10k tickets on general sale.

Given our fortunes in recent years; it's a perversely back-handed compliment that anyone would consider touting a ticket to see City! And in the JPT too!!

If you care to read the original post then you'll see that it mentions people buying tickets just so they can go to Wembley, and it's also pretty clear that the people I'm referring to in my post are the people who are just buying a ticket for a day out at Wembley, not ordinary fans. Not quite sure how you failed to grasp that.

Yes, let's keep it to 9786 sky blue fans at Wembley (if we get there, lets not be arrogant)

That will impress everyone, including the players...........

Still, it would add some credibility to the saying 'sent to Coventry' , wouldn't it ?

Doh!

I'm not saying that all the disloyal, bandwagon jumping morons shouldn't go to Wembley. I'm just saying that they're disloyal, bandwagon jumping morons.

that's a horrible generalisation, people don't (or cant) go regularly for different reasons. They are not all disloyal, bandwagon jumping morons as you put it....

I just fecking hope we get there primarily............................ but when/If we do, I hope there are 50,000 of us and we paint the place Sky Blue. Key, is that all of the fans who have stuck with them through the tougher times are not done out of a ticket by any of the bandwagon jumpers, its highly unlikely in reality as long as the club do not make the same mistakes they did in 1987.

I've only made 2 home games and one away this season so far. I take it I am one of the morons then as you eloquently put it!
