Superb tonight! Crawley's style suited them, but Woody looking more composed every day! Think he may have even broke his face again. PUSB

Would say that Edge is looking the more composed out of the two myself.

I think of the Permanent signings. Edge has been the best.

I've been relatively impressed with Edge, I think him and Wood make a good partnership

Edge will always be one of my favourite players now, purely for the way in which he dealt with MK a while back.

Edge is brilliant on twitter as well. All the makings of a cult hero.

Thorn has taken a lot of stick for some of his signings, but Edge has really impressed so far this season. Even in his trial game at Hinckley, you could see that he was composed on the ball and he's doing the same things now in the league. Won every header tonight as well.

Edge is doing well so far. Wood much improved.
Onwards an upwards.

I personally think Edj has been suspect with the ball at his feet, certainly earlier on in the season. That said I don't think I've seen him lose a header all season and, against the non-stop long balls last night, it was like his dream game. To his credit he also seemed better with the ball at his feet, so maybe that's Robin's work or he's just got better - impressed either way with him and Wood.

Yes, Wood and Edge played well. I would even say that Edge is a potential captain. Cyrus also had another good game, shame about Clarke though, I thought again last night he was the weak link in the back-four.

I agree here Torchy. Was worried before the game about Clarke playing LB, and even more so during the game. All very out of sorts. Then Robins said post match he thought e'd done Ok and suggested he does have a left foot. Think he just didnt want to be too critical of a player playing out of their natural position (or atleast I hope so).

Ive been impressed by Woody and the Edge. Another top draw defensive display from them last night. Long may it continue

I said before the game that Clarke playing left back is a bad move, especially how bad he was in that position last season...BUT he did OK last night. Great bit of play with fleck for his goal, and his defending was adequate. Still looks nervy on his left side.

When Edge first came in against Brum he looked great. Then he went very dodgy and was at fault for a couple of goals v Shrewsbury I think and was at fault for goals in a fwe games around that period. Then Cameron came in and did very well.

Edge came back against Orient and was MOTM in my opinion, got his head on everything. Didn't go last night so can't comment but he has the potential to be a bit of a beast in this league. Any 2 from Wood, Edge and Cameron is decent.

I concur here PUSB ,the job as a whole got done and I'm sure MR will consider him there again after pulling Reckord for lacking attacking intention,I thought JC provided two beautiful assists last night ,the first allowing DMC to tee up Fleck (how many has he scored now)and the second Perfectly weighted for DMc to take a touch and float into the top of the net.One factor that bothered me last night was we seem to have got stronger defending down our rightflank with Baker working hard helping out ,but given Fleck scored one and set up No2 ,I felt that aspect of his game was weak .
