I'm sure the management team won't be resting on their laurels and will want to continue the excellent work they've done in bolstering young talent in the U23s this year. You only have to look at the success stories of Hyam, Westbrooke and McCallum to show that this model clearly works and benefits the club.

He's on a contract isn't he, so there's not a lot we can do. Shame if it's all because he can't knuckle down (and i'm not saying he can't - but does seem to have been 'bombed' as compared to jobello.

I’d tend to agree, I think in the right system in a lower league he could score goals, next move is massive for him.
