It's from a group of graffiti/sticker artists from Wolverhampton who happen to be Wolves fans. http://streetartlondon.co.uk/blog/2011/02/21/street-artist-interview-toasters/ The banner itself is a great story, fan created but financed and facilitated by the club. Exactly the sort of thing our club should be doing (either at Ricoh or Sixfields) to cover up some of the empty seats.
