How long have we got until someone slaps a winding up order on us?

Well a non ACL one then.

Tax man for instance.

the accounts affected are the CCFC ones ...... the group will have others SBS&L for example...... or SISU can use one of their "client accounts" which would be a seperate account established for CCFC that could be used and the money is protected as CCFC's (i do not mean an account at a client btw) and so long as there is a auditable paper trail there is not much of a problem

3rd party debtor orders freeze money on a particular day not the account its self

SISU could stop any one winding up the club simply by funding the payment

Todays result would have affected it how?

This is a matter of such importance for the club that it by far over shadows a single game of football.

Thank you OSB for a sensible response.

Do we have shareholders as such? I thought SISU owned them all.
