Have just read this perfunctory article on the Beeb: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-27828838?

However I love the phrase: 'In a judicial review brought by Sisu, Coventry City FC's former owner, the complainant argued the loan was an unlawful use of public funds.'

If only.........
