Was the best save I’ve seen live at the cbs / Ricoh

Was quality.

My fav save will prob always be Westwood Vs wolves in stoppage time from a pen

The save from the resulting corner was just as important

Couple of old school kick outs but nice to see him claiming/punching around his area too. Fair play to him for the improvement he’s shown this season.

Questions need to be asked about the defending.
He got us out of jail big time.

That save was superb and he was more commanding today

one of few positives from a drab performance

I have to admit I’ve never felt comfortable with Wilson but today he was class, that save was brilliant.

He was up there with Hamer for motm today, not that that's saying much after a drab performance. But he has improved a hell of a lot over the course of the season, and is worthy of the new contact, even if he's likely to be on the bench if we bring a new keeper in.

I'm not saying id want to go into next season with him as the clear 1st choice keeper but he's done seriously well overall considering he was basically a League 2 sub when we signed him. Absolutely brilliant save today

Great save today and he's much improved

The witch hunt against him earlier in the season because he isn't Simon Moore was weird - 'but his kicking is rubbish!'

It was the strength of the arm to get the ball away. He is a class reaction shot stopper, it's the strongest part of his game.

Going back years I wonder if any of the older guys from theJH days remember a save by reserve keeper to Bill Glazier Bob Wesson against Charlton when the ball was volleyed full pelt from about the penalty spot and Wesson dive literally full length from post to post and caught the ball, it was talked about for yonks afterwards.

Was a very good save & tbh, the one from the resultant corner was probably even better.
Nice to see him claim a cross well too. Kicking still dreadful though.

Need to hear it again but did Robins blame him for the opener?

Westwood made some brilliant saves, especially from 1 on 1's. Still the best keeper we've had since relegation.

Wilson bad a good game today, although his kicking is still a worry.

There was a triple save a couple of seasons back but despite me saying it was my fave I can't even remember who it was! I think it was Moore but could have been Marosi.

Great save today all the same as it was behind him and travelling, but I was just as impressed at the couple he came out and collected to relieve the pressure.

It was at a nice height for him to make the save. His consistency at collection crosses was more impressive yesterday.

Lost count how many times he kicked it straight out of play today.

One of the problems with our defending. We don't do it often enough. Put the ball out of play, regroup and defend the set piece.

On that note we need more tactical head ‘injuries’ when the opposition’s getting on top.

Wilson in team of the week, does that mean he’s the top keeper or not?

Sorry but he’s still fucking shit. It’s his job to save the ball. Maybe he can learn to catch and kick it next week FFS
