Come on Fry how many times have we heard this before over recent years??? Our interpretation of ridiculous and the clubs are 2 very different things.

Everyone at every club is for sale at the right price. I hope Sheffield Utd don't have the money for that to happen. I can see Sisu snapping their hand off at anything over 200k.

even sisu must know that they could make more than 200k out of a young prolific english striker connor wickham selling for 8m a few years ago
not suggesting 8m but at least above 1m

Does SP now own CCFC then ??

Listen history tells us what SISU are about they've sold every player who's ever commanded a fee...Sisu make the decisions not SP

SISU Would take 500,000 and blame the fans for lack of revenue, im sure that my concept of the NOPM campaign 'hurting the club before the owners' will come into fruition

We're easy pickings as the whole of England knows what a laughing stock Micky mouse outfit we have become due to SISU...every club should be looking to pick up our better players as they won't face a battle to get them off us

It's difficult to say. On one hand he looks like he could become a very good player at this level or above. On the other hand, it's 5 games. He's not the only one scoring.

If we had normal owners and we knew where the money was going I'd reluctantly accept 600k, to invest in the team. I don't think he's worth that right now and will end up being worth more. I seriously hope we keep him though. I'm sensing a 25 goal season.

What have we learned at a higher level in the last few years..... you don't sell to your rivals in the same league. simple really.

Yeah right.

Bigi wasn't for sale. He didn't want to leave. He got sold for 'undisclosed'

It seems like Joy decides what happens. Did he check with her before he said Wilson wasn't for sale unless they got a stupid offer? The stupid offer that would be 'undisclosed'

My TV isn't for sale. But if someone knocks on my door and offers 2k it's sold.

Actually that doesn't really work, TVs don't improve with experience. But anyway, he didn't even need to mention a ridiculous offer. 'Not for sale' means absolutely nothing.

I think they would except 250k of which a club of Sheffield Utd could easily stump up and thats the worrying part and the reason why I am not so optimistic. He could make a quick buck for SISU, lets face it in only 5 games they could get a quarter of a mil, why not.

Pretty sure it wouldn't be a quick buck, would just go into running costs to help battle NOPM?

Nope. However as I read the article on the CT it said "we've no intention selling him" or maybe "we want him remain at the club and he will"

Wilson could go because we've a history of selling players and aren't exactly rolling in cash. On the other hand we haven't just accepted every bid for every player over the last six years and we're hardly in a position to shed more squad members, so he could well stay. There really are no facts or what will definitely happen.

I agree. If they've got investors who know f*ck all about football and are still buying into a lie that's fails to reap dividends for 5 years, 250k is good money in any walk of life.

"But he'll be worth 7 times more in a year"
He might also break his leg and retire next week.
Football brain says keep. Money brain says sell.

£500,000. at 2000 a game it would take 15 games at Sixfields to accumulate. Tim Fisher is licking his scabby lips

Nick, you obviously have issues in regards to the NOPM campaign hence the poll so maybe this is your platform to explain so we all know.

Leave it. We already know what he is getting at. And he isn't totally wrong. Rightly or wrongly NOPM is an easy target for 'reasons' to sell players. That is a 100% fact. We can't have our cake and eat it.

The poll is because people are getting pissed off with all of the bickering threads so I just made a poll to see what everybody wanted....

Hill83, I am still hoping for a knight in shining armour to come our way and solve all our problems so that in a couple of weeks I can see my team play at the Ricoh and I want to be watching Clarke, Wilson, Baker etc however I do understand that NOPM will have a part to play in this and maybe Wilson could be sold as a result but I will say it again I dont want that to happen.

I am hoping in terms of Wilson that they won't take him but we have only seen him for a few games, if he can keep this form all season he will be an assett.

The bickering threads are beacuse of the minority who turn them into a vigilante exercise at the earliest possible moment. Fisher lover, ACL trolls etc etc, its these we need to get rid.

We'd be left with 6 people if that happened!
