Oddly enough, that's exactly how I found out this morning. It's the almost instant access to information that makes the internet all the more impresive!

I do find it strange that considering all these people don't know we're playing they seem to remember to log on to the site and point amusing comments regarding the crowd, the atmosphere on the match threads. Odd that.

Do people log in and out? Serious question! I know I don't. I have been signed in now for months and I just leave the Skybluestalk tab up on my screen so I can always get access. Bet loads of other people do the same. I couldn't be arsed with logging in and signing out all the time.

In fact, just checked and I have 28 internet tabs open at the mo and most of them have been open for a number of weeks at least.

My point is people who have "forgotten" we are playing are usually to be found on the match threads posting comments about the crowd, the atmosphere, etc etc.

Maybe you're right. I hardly get involved with the match threads these days myself, Torch.

Probably because I don't know there's a game on.

Each to their own but I cant understand how it is possible for a skybluestalk member like we all are not to know when the next game is. I would like to think we are all members because we love and support CCFC and the most important part of that is the football (I hope) therefore should know the next game.

But I shall agree with the rest if they feel this way.

This game is very quickly after the last so it's not too outrageous for it to be almost a surprise if you don't have as much reason to keep tabs on the fixture list any more.

Sadly it not just about the football at the moment. We arent getting into the national press at the moment because of the football, its because of our situation.

I do apologise that I didnt know we had a game tomorrow night, a genuine error on my part, hence why i commented, as i was shocked i didnt know. Sorry if it offeneded you.

To be honest, I didn't realise either. Just not following it, either the football or the off-field soap opera, with anything like the interest that I used to.

If you must keep banging on about this, why don't you start your own thread instead of spoiling the OP's ?

I hope Wilson's fit enough to play, he is key in every game.

I'm surprised that you haven't started a thread by now as to guess the gate. Jack I'm sure will be poised with the 10 lowest gates so he can gleefully update it half way through the match.

I remember taking a corner on a parks pitch years ago on some Coventry parks pitch to be told City were losing a cup game (think it may even have been Sutton - possibly Northampton -spit) and the kick off must have been earlier than 3pm. I delayed the corner-to the bemusement of the ref and other players - to check it out,as it was the first time in years I hadn't realised the correct ko time. Remember being as much put out by that as the result.,,,,shit corner followed

people being a little harsh on ccfcway, he's a decent contributer on the match threads normally.
Although does like to mention 3 weeks quite a lot

Serious question ...... Why are on you on a sky blues football forum and not know when games are on?

Its like me being on a ballroom dancing forum and saying on there that I didn't know that there was a salsa competition on Saturday night.

Its moronic and makes no sense.

where's the salsa competition? Must get out and buy some Doritos

I think King of Kings makes a valid point overall although strongly made if people do not want to talk about the match or match thread don't bloody post on it start your own thread for thousandth time about how you don't know who we are playing or have any interest anymore rather than interrupting this one.

I hope Wilson plays back to original topic.....though as I'm going to game on Saturday in Northampton spit I would rather Wilson played in that one. To be honest think that might be the last time I see Wilson play in sky blue as not sure will make any games after that!!!

I think Seabourne replaceable but would be tempted to go 4-4-2 if that was case to be honest!!!

Thanks for the support. I'm genuinely sorry if I made it too strong but it really bugs me and frustration can boil over. I repeat that I just can't understand how you are in a skyblues forum and not know when the next game is and even if you don't then don't interrupt on a thread started about injuries for the coming game.

I hope and I know that ccfcway was being honest and I genuinely like his views and posts and this was not aimed at him per se. It was what was said. We are all meant to live and breath ccfc and I know I do despite the shit we are going through that no fan desrves. But as we eat and sleep ccfc then we should all know the next game and back the team not slate that we don't care like some do or they have lost interest. I don't get this by this I mean I can fully understand why some have lost interest but then why are you still on here?

Apologies to all but really don't get some stuff from people on here. It's like some people want us relegated or to lose sometimes. That's crap if true. If it is just leave this website in my opinion. I am ccfc wet through and despite all the rubbish and I certainly haven't been to sixfields ccfc still is a major part of my life and won't cease until it's liquidated from the football league and no longer exists.

Goodnight everyone and sweet dreams of better days of being a ccfc fan.
