OK, so I know Pressley isn't one for changing things unless it's not necessary, but would people opt for Willis or Phillips at RB while Christie is out?

I personally think Phillips offers us more

Those two great tackles as soon as he came on, but Phillips was all at sea for SU's second goal.

He was possibly at fault. But Willis gave away the free kick for their first, and was clumsy in a challenge giving away another free kick that almost caused us problems.

Phillips made challenges similar to today's on Tuesday that were decisive.

I'd prefer Clarke at LB and bringing in the actual CB that we signed.

I think that Phillips offers more going forward - which is where we really miss Christie.

You've got to wonder why he hasn't appeared on the bench yet, if he's not fit enough for the bench he shouldn't come straight into the starting line up.

what like manset isn't worth a run out? I have liked pressleys team sheet, but do feel subs could have an impact earlier in previous games.

?? What's Manset got to do with anything? I was replying to your post about the young Scottish defender coming in and Clarke moving to right back.

It's been suggested by some that manset is not good enough. And/or is not fit enough. Personally, I think the only way a player gets match fit is by playing time. But hey, they why I'm a supporter and not a coach/manager.

True, but with Clarke and Wilson scoring for fun he's not going to get much a look in. Today, I think his subs were broadly right, bakers coming back from injury, Willis struggled and was on a booking and moussa was poor.

Stupot, even though I sometimes find you a bit of a wind up merchant, I think you are 100% spot on with this - I must be sickening for something!!

Barton for Moussa amost bit him in the arse though when Murphy went down and looked as if he wouldn't be able to continue at one point!

Moussa was poor though and no one can legislate for a keeper injury. Moussa looked the poorest outfield player on the pitch.

Both Willis & Phillips did well, they are young players learning the game and yes will make mistakes but their overall contributions were superb.

Agree that probably Moussa was our weakest player today, we need to get much more out of him!

I think the best bit of play from Moussa was when he was in his best position; central midfield laying the ball off for the strikers, and Clarke scored
