What's the big deal with listing names? Anyone can go on and look at who voted for what. He didn't put up anything that isn't already in the public domain

That's what makes it so stupid. Up until that point the thread resembled a decent idea of who was or wasn't doing what, and once marcus stuck his stupid oar to round up the posse against the usual suspects it became like all other threads here.

Yes, because you failed to mention the comment about the people at the same time as mentioning the list of people?

Why would I mention it? I dont agree with it.

My point is I don't see a problem with someone listing names of the people who are getting a season ticket next year due to them voting on a public website that shows the results of their vote anyway. This is clear from my first post that you are now trying to twist.

You are very defensive tonight Nick. Do you have something on your conscience?

You would mention it as it sort of sets the context of him listing the names doesn't it? You have said you don't agree with his comment when he then goes on to list people below it.... The issue is with the context of him posting the list up and how it was meant.

Why would I have anything on my conscience?

So it is shit that those who have said that they would renew their season tickets have been listed on here although we could already see the list but you keep listing people who presently don't have one but think it is OK to do so?

Just shows how pathetic you can be at times.

So my little boy does more away games in 1 season than you have done for many years but you single me out for not being a season ticket holder :finger:

How many times have you been to Carlisle for a game? Would you have a season ticket if you had to travel that far each home game and also worked shifts so have work getting in the way?

What do you think was the main purpose of the Poll?

That isn't people problem with it though you twonk. It's the calling them out as if it's a bad thing getting season tickets when it isn't.
You've then strawmanned your way into suggesting what you are saying is being twisted? Fuck me. Stupid.

Have you read the title properly yet?
'Will you be renewing/buying your season ticket next season'

So in plain English if you have one now will you be buying another....if you don't have one will you be buying one? Or in other words will you or will you not be buying one.

So is this Grendel rules again where we have to do as you say?

I'm getting one and so is my old man. Let's all boycott like Blackpool in protest because it's worked so well for them. Let's raise awareness for our plight when in reality no one gives two shits even if we went out of business and that includes the football league. Get your arses to the Ricoh and support the team while we still have one

what will we learn from this ?

I didn't vote as I don't have a ST. Whats the point of me voting no. If all non ST holders vote No, it tells us nothing other than we have a lot of potential.

Surely it would be better to have a poll asking current ST holders if they will renew ?

So why would a poster want to post the results on Facebook? It could be then by your own admission mean that the results of the poll mean an increase in season tickets against last year.

As I have said I will buy one when they are gone even though I won't be able to use it. The title was asking if we will be buying one or not.

Are some saying that I have to ignore what a title says and work out if anyone will needlessly have a go at me if they don't agree with me?

Why ask me?

Why don't you go and stalk someone else. You ain't funny. You ain't clever. All you do is have a go at those who can't make it to most of the home games that live a distance away but won't travel to support our club yourself.

I've always thought the club needed to consider us as customers...it has been their failing that they have not in the past...alot of 'fans' no longer buy into their inept performance as custodians of the brand.

Yep, that makes sense, I would suggest they are still failing at that. I just don't get what Fisher is doing. To entice "customers" to purchase your product, it needs to be of a decent standard, marketed correctly etc to entice you in. Effective marketing does not equal threatening your customers with offering a poorer product if nobody buys the current. " Buy now, otherwise in 6 months time it will be even more shit, then what will you do Mr Customer" It's almost like the fan base is currently too large, and it needs eroding by about 60℅ to fit in our next stadium...

Stalking? What are you talking about?

Why are do fail to understand the point being made not just by me but several other posters?

It's nothing to do with whose the best supporter.

That's not the intention of the poll made is it?

Whether the have one now and will renew. The only thing that would stop be renewing my season ticket is if I have to watch another season of shite we have been served up. I don't believe we can effect who currently owns us by not renewing so on those grounds it's the entertainment I am looking at

I'm pretty much the same. I don't think my action will cause change itself but I'd need to see change to be convinced so I'm not considering it a boycott so much as disillusionment.

That's nice. Being "shamed" for supporting our team. I notice all of us have had the grace not to have a go at those that have decided not to renew. The nastiness always comes from one side.
