I try to steer clear of Sisu debates too. It is all getting very, very tiresome.

SBT itself, like the City, is becoming a lot less enjoyable to be around these days. I avoid a whole number of threads lately. Too much repetitiveness, too much arguing, too much treading over old ground.

I want to come on, talk football, talk players and managers and tactics and formations and have a bit of a laugh.

Increasingly threads get hijacked though and it is the same old Sisu/Wasps/Council/ finances/debts debate.

Even carried on right through Christmas. Could we have at least not had a ceasefire for a few days at least?

I have said before, the only thing I hate Sisu for is for taking us to Northampton. The off field stuff is now very much impinging on the on field matters though and Fisher certainly doesn't help at all.

Fisher is a clown and a half for sure....
I had the displeasure to share the same air space back on the train from our 1-1 draw with wolves a few seasons back...

I disappeared for a few weeks as I do only wanna talk/debate the football that is Coventry City. It's mine and my sons passion. My opinion is not always right, football divides opinions...
I dislike sisu for plenty like we all do but ruining mine and my sons memories and days out I'm finding it hard to stop, at this minute in time.

I agree with Grendel. Seems a bit odd to vote no if you haven't been for years and don't intend to. Might as well have a "who is going to buy an Annan Athletic season ticket next season?"

But we are all Coventry City supporters and this is a question about Coventry City, so to suggest any other club is a moot point.

I agree about the naming. That is why I said name those who went to Sixfields.

What next, yellow stars painted on people's doors?

Devil could cast his net? ha

Is this some sort of name and shame? I reckon we should start with BHSB, the SISU lover!

"Wild accusations" - ok when did you last have a season ticket? For once actually answer the question.

You do know this is an internet forum don't you, where people have aliases and don't know each other and they can say anything they want to a question like this and most of the time it is impossible for anyone to prove or disprove what they say.

Oh, and my real name is Dave Von Davidson and I am nuclear physicist who is fluent in 17 languages.

Well Dave, I'm more than happy to be asked if I really do have a season ticket and whether I will renew or not.

BUT with the internet you can usually go back and see through past posts. Unless people have been acting all along in the hope this question gets asked.

Yeah and I don't know why people are getting upset over one solitary poster.

God knows why he felt the need to list people like they are outcasts and unclean. It IS just one single poster though.

Okay, fine. Question was though are you buying a season ticket next season. Surely that is open for every Coventry City fan to answer.

Think the only people who shouldn't be answering are those who are not Coventry City fans.

Maybe it would have been better then in this circumstance for people to quantify their answers. 'I am not buying one and didn't this year either' that sort of thing.

Been going 16 years but no season ticket for me next year or my brother and his lad, can't support this regime anymore. Fisher is the most arrogant, disgraceful man I have ever known I won't go again after this season untill they have fucked off. It breaks my heart to see how we are being run into the ground. The worst thing is, I actually believe Fisher and Seppalla are now acting deliberately out of spite

Will I be renewing next season if Sisu are still in charge? A big fat NO. We've got to get rid of the Sepalla, Fisher, Sisu uncaring , don't give a damn scum once and for all. Away games only. It worked once, it will work again.

It's bollocks, if I was in charge any person who phoned in I'd have called each one individually if they said they weren't going to renew a service with my company for example.

The CCFC marketing team should have a look at this thread and make it their priority to reach out to people who say they won't personally. Of course not everybody is going to suddenly jump and change their mind but if they got a "really sorry to hear this, this is the plan, it might be a bit of hard work for a couple of years, how about a signed photo or a chance to pop down to ryton or the ricoh for an open training day if you want to renew" then people would be more inclined to.

Just to make people feel slightly human and something slightly personal.

As a named and shamed ( deffo not ashamed) i ll be renewing my season ticket next season. Had one for decades apart from Northampton season when i just went to away games . I have no good words for Sisu, nor the other parties involved in our decline. I ve been on the marches demos etc. I also voted we re doomed in the other poll. I think we re well and truely fucked but as i ve supported ccfc since i was a kid i ll continue whilst we exist. Pusb

Oh the shame, I've finally been outed, will I ever be able to show my face again? Is it all over for me, will I ever be able to get over this? Will I have to leave Coventry, will my family and friends disown and shun me

Oh the shame to be outed after all these years as Tims sidekick. The ignominity of it all, how can I show my face again, has it all been in vain? Where will it all end? Will it be the dawn knock on the door? Will my family and friends shun me? Will my employer recieve anonymous accusations about me? Will I be condemned from my churches pulpit? Will I be sent to Coventry even though I'm already here? Do I have to hug Tim,Joy,Strange in public not in private. Will I walk through my city with hoards of city fans chanting unclean unclean? Will I have to go to the Ricoh and watch Wasps instead of Cov at the Butts? Will I go to watch City home and d away like I've done since I was four or will I be influenced by somebody I've never met don't know and who I probably will never meet? Hard decision

agreed, but its not going to happen Nick. leadership and example come from the top. Why would a marketing team fight to keep a "customer" when they hear their chairman not fight to do so ?

It's ok, you can sit in between me, Torchy and Grendel. Welcome to the gang, those anti SISU fellas didn't really understand you anyway!

First of all, you need to go through a game of thrones shaming and then everything will be ok.

If I stopped going I really don't think I'd start again, so in the hope that at some point the future things will get better, on and off the pitch, then on balance I'll probably renew. If Fisher could stay away from radio shows in the days before the payment is due, that would also help.

What's the big deal with listing names? Anyone can go on and look at who voted for what. He didn't put up anything that isn't already in the public domain. If people are embarrassed about how they voted then don't vote. I don't know why you need some sort of secret ballot but if you do you need to speak to Nick to get it changed.

I have not had one for a very long time. I have lived at least 2 hours away from Coventry and also done shift work for over 20 years. But once they have gone I will buy one in support of whoever takes us over.

I think you've hit on it from the other way round, really - why bother listing them?

Now call me a contrary old cock, but once we reach a poll I always rekon that's at the level of the Telegraph's 'five things we've learned...' type articles - utterly pointless, shows nothing really.

And because it's worthless, I'm as likely to just click a random button as opposed to actually thinking about my answer.

So my little boy does more away games in 1 season than you have done for many years but you single me out for not being a season ticket holder :finger:

How many times have you been to Carlisle for a game? Would you have a season ticket if you had to travel that far each home game and also worked shifts so have work getting in the way?
