My mate who'd had enough of SISU and was considering "going to watch Northampton for a season instead" will love this

Looking on JeffersonLake twitter feed, the bloke who started the rumour leading to the thread, he's saying the announcement on Thursday is

'it's very very very very very very very very very very very very good'

CCFC ground sharing is not very very good etc. It would be interesting or a bit of surprise, but not very very good. Could be about anything.

well 7,000 cov fans went to watch George Hudson play for Northampton days after he left cov.
They were well pissed off that JH had sold him.It trebled the normal gate.

The very very good news for us is not CCFC related in any way shape or form and relates to our redevelopment deal which has been going on for a while.

The news that will divide opinion is 100% CCFC related.

What if it's Northampton playing at the Ricoh whilst they redevelop their ground?

I always think that somebody who has only ever made one post will post the most accurate information on a forum.

Sixfields? We can't afford to pay for one.

Sorry to say, I have to disagree, lordsummerisle! Those posters are normally very unreliable in my personal experience!

(p.s. Sixfields is the name of Northampton Town's stadium! Whoops! LOL! Facepalm smiley multiplied by 20!)

Call me skeptical but until I hear it on the BBC from Robbie Savage I believe nothing!!

Could this also coincide with a tweet from CJ: Crap. Really hope I was wrong all along

It's true, we were really happy he was being released and then we realised we could get money for him!

I've just heard from a reliable source that this news is indeed true.

I'll still continue to pay devil's advocate but this really is poor judgement from SISU, even by their own standards.

No he's not, but he is someone who didn't grow up locally or support CCFC until I converted him when he was 20 (that's 16 years ago). He's been going away every week to get around paying SISU, but has understandably had enough. He lives on the Northants side of Rugby so they are his next-closest local team.
