Definitely to administration. This would only happen if the owners feel that by selling up they (and other creditors) can get much of their owed money back.

We are actually partly paying for things previous boards have done and I'm not just talkign about selling HR. But at the end of the 90s when we were all enjoying watching Dublin, Keane and McAllister the board didn't actually let on to us that we couldn't actually afford them which is why we ended up in some much debt and so on and so forth. We were paying Dublin and McAllister £20K a week each - £2M a year just for them. When we were relegated to the Championship our wages were actually 125% of our revenue.
So yes, previous boards gave us decent players but they were sticking everything on the credit cards.

Hedge funds play hardball. Their investors are people willing to risk big money in the hope of making big gains. The idea that they have worked hard for this money is laughable. It actually was! Keane was signed under one of Richardson's dodgy schemes whereby "benefactors" pay/invest the fee for the incoming player, then get the profit if there is one when he's sold. But at takeover By (SISU) we were stated as being approx £40m in debt, am I right?
I have no reason to dispute that we were paying very high wages, especially to Dublin and McCallister...and I think you might find it wasn't £20k pw...Dublin was on £25k pw in his last season at CCFC.

I'm getting bored, nearly everyday there seems to be a thread about going into admin. Do the maths people our biggest debt is to sisu, so why would they put the club into admin?. How would they gain out of this, answers anyone!. And imo, if we do go into admin and the ground situation is not sorted out we could be back in the same boat in a couple of years time. And also imo, acl are the guilty ones here. I'm not for or against sisu but they do have £45 mil invested in this club and the only chance to claw some of that back is to save the club and to do that they need to get the rent situation sorted out before they can either sell the club as a going concern or stay and start pushing up the leagues to increase income.
