We're down to cup games now, so it's whoever performs on the day, which is as much luck as skill. We're no worse than any of the other sides, so no reason to fear them. Important thing v Notts County is to make sure we get in front, open the game out a bit.

Agree with the sentiment play-offs is OK btw. Naturally we *want* promotion, but given the history of falling away or just being downright bad, it's been a rare treat to see a team turn up and win big in a late season game that meant something. Hopefully the extra cash we pick up from the play-offs can help us plug sme of the close season budget gap too.

Who would be our first choice 5 penalty takers?

I'd say.

McNulty, JCH, JP, Shipley , Kelly/Bayliss?

I'd choose Grimmer over JCH.

I'm confident of beating Notts and if it's Exeter in the final then we should go up
If it's Lincoln then it's 50/50

I think we'd do well against Lincoln, we lost our head in the league game after conceding an early goal but they are very one dimensional and our players would be really up for settling a score.

It’s a no from me, I honestly don’t think we will achieve it.

I could be pleasantly surprised in this journey however I’m braced for L2 on tour part two.

I dont get my hopes up to much, then if it happens its a nice bonus and then if it doesnt im not as bothered as if I had started planning League 1 etc and convinced myself it was happening.

That was such a good away day.

Let's not forget it was Burge who gave the penalty away though!

Are we getting promoted?

If you asked this same question with a survey ta different points in the season, the same person would have had many different opinions at varying points of season.

Been a rollercoaster.

It's actually been enjoyable for the most part. Be great to top it off with a win at Wembley.

I am saying no (i'm usually wrong when it comes to City) but keep Robins and our better players then next season we'll rip the arse of this shite league and go up stronger then they're be no stopping us...

I'm prepared for League 2 football next season and think we'd go up automatically. To go up would be brilliant though!

Not this season as the teams inconsistent but I firmly believe with a couple of dogs in the side and some width we’ll storm the league next season.

I really don’t expect us to get to the final but these two games will be good experience and put us in good stead for promotion.

Don’t get to down everyone if we don’t get through. Next year will be the season.

Well lose one or two players regardless of which division, but I do think we'd be thereabouts regarding autos if we were in League 2 next year/ You can tell MR is already excited at the prospect of Tony Andreu next season, I expect Ponticelli to step up a gear, Max will keep improving (don't read that bit Grendel). Of course I want us to go up, but if we don't I expect a big season from us next year.
