With more and more leaked documents appearing, do you think Appleton will face a legal challenge should he fail to re-run the administration process and applies to the High Court for liquidation of CCFC Ltd ?

ACL need to challenge it as they are the only people that have enough financial backing.
Can't see individuals having success and SB Trust don't have enough funds.

No chance !
I hope its all over and done with.
Get the Judicial Review chucked out next.
I can nt understand why risk more points penalties by dragging more crap up.
We ve come out of this at least points wise, not too bad with just -10 it could get a lot worse.

Could we be deducted more points if the FL were shown to have contributed to an unfair administrative process? Which is a legal process!

I would suggest their incompetence played a part in us still being in administration at the start of the season because it hampered and prolonged an unfair bidding process.

I think that's a good case for no more points being deducted if not for points to be reinstated!
