Why we are where we are (1 Viewer)

I've read many threads on this site and others, press articles, blogs and other commentary on our situation and have come to the view that we are where we due to the collective failings of SISU, CCC & ACL who have all contributed to the journey that has brought us to where we are.

If you draw a time line of the past few years and plot all the key meetings, decisions and events you will find that all of these (and previous owners) have acted not in the interests of the football club. Many people are taking a view that one of more of these are solely to blame but I think that all depends on which event you wish to take as your starting point. Cases can be made for and against each of them.

In my view the needs of individual egos and personal pride have got in the way of sensible discussion and compromise that sees all involved pursuing a lose:lose scenario rather than a win for anyone. As every one knows pride comes before a fall, and we are heading for one massive fall.

Protests should be with the aim of keeping the City in Cov and not targeted at one of the causes at the expense of another. By doing so each of them can hide in the belief they are doing the right thing. They're not, none of the are.

ACL, CCC & SISU - Swallow your pride, grow up and sort this out.
