This will be my last post on here for a while seeing as gmk is back, but the fact that someone like Wince, who's likely one of the most fervent of anti-Sisu Cov fans I've ever encountered has flagged this as an issue is really significant.

Just because you hate Sisu is no reason to excuse the council. Just because you argued fervently against a hedge fund and their multitude of fuck ups doesn't make the council blameless.

We, CCFC fans, have been stitched up. We should be fucking angry with all the cunts that have put us and our team in this position. But no, we get angry with each other instead, desperate to deny that we've actually been wrong about the side we've taken. We're a bunch of idiots and we've been played.

I'd agree with this. The one thing I would say re fans, there's not enough "I see where you're coming from, but..."

It's all attack, attack, attack. I'm right, you're wrong. Personally, I listen to all points put forward and decide from there.

With where fault lies, I'd probably go with 60% SISU (Sixfields and other debacles), 30% old boards (why agree to a high rent etc), 10% CCC (why not offer revenues etc but high rent, but also CCFC agreed to the conditions at the end of the day)

But if someone said otherwise, I'd listen and take on board what they say, and if they point out something, I'll hold my hands up and agree.

How have we been stitched up,by the sale? SISU are not looking to sell, are not looking to buy any part of the Ricoh. Change of Landlords for CCFC, nothing different. We were stitched up years ago when this, with hindsight, folly started, not last week or this week. Years ago when Brian Richardson sold HR before all the ducks were lined up nice and neat for Arena 2000. For me everything since has been a consequence of that.

Like I say, hindsight, but you cannot turn the clock sadly.

Just might pay you to check what revenues Wasps will be getting?

The parking (I don't think so), Food & Beverage (definitely NOT, Compass contract runs until either 2018 or 2020?)!!!!!!!!!!

Why did they see it as a good deal then?

You are a complete idiot, of course they get the parking, they have bought the rights (well 50% so far) & that as far as I know isn't tied up with any other contract.

And as for F&B, OSB has explained the deal, clearly the profit is limited by the deal for some time to come as Compass put in £4M up front so I understand they will cream off the lions share of the profits for the period of the contract.

There are of course other opportunities to make money, like concerts & shows. e.g. Everyone disses these Psychic Sallly gigs & I think she is a complete fraud who preys on vulnerable & suggestible people, but she brings in a big crowd & they spend money!
