They've been trying to sign him for a while now, like before they signed Kirkland!

When a player is on loan. You don't HAVE to pay their wages. And I doubt Man City will want the team he go's to pay all of their wages.

If he's coming to the championship it will come down to which team can pay the most towards his wages with Man C paying the rest - and that won't be us. End of.

Yeah would be great to have him, I rate him as one of the best 'keepers around. Which is probably why he's not gonna come to little ol' Cov :/

He'd be great, shame we have no chance of signing him.

Given would certainly not be short of offers, that's for sure!

Unfortunately, you are right, he would never come to Coventry, because it's blindingly obvious that we lack ambition, passion and the drive to aim for promotion. Any premiership player going on loan to a lower league side will want to be part of team wanting to push for playoffs/promotion and a club that has the ambition and motivation to succeed. We just aren't there yet!

Yeah no chance of him going anywhere from what i've heard, would mean he couldn't return to Man City for the first month so if Joe Hart get's injured or whatever they don't wanna risk it
