Why Academy is so vital (2 Viewers)

Just watching the League show and there is a feature on Peterborough & their feeder club potentials. £25m+ from their dealings - can you imagine what a half decent manager could do with that kind of funding!

Rioch & the guys have shown given the tools they can do a fantastic job ( the academy has been vital for the last 2 seasons ). Should we be buying lads in to the academy or building up local talent.

Sure this Urquhart could be a fantastic lad, but just from the local lads we have Thomas Wilson, Clarke, and had Bigi, Turner - the list goes on and on.

Any owner with long term ambitions has to invest heavily in the academy IMHO
