As far as we know, we have no chairman or CEO, we also lost the Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Director (not to mention Brody, whatever he did.

Apart from John Clarke who must be acting-chairman and Onye Igwe (what does he do?), do we have a board of directors? Is there a minimum number of directors that a company needs to actually constitute a board?

No wonder the club is the bottom of the league, we have no corporate management whatsoever.
