So kcic now is more interested in putting a status on a building than getting the management company to sell to the club so the club returns to Coventry?
Do you know what the status means?
Genuine question, I hadn't heard of it. Apparently it means that if the building is sold the community has a time period to buy it for the same price as was agreed. I.e. If Sisu bought it off the council for £6m then the community gets first refusal.
Michael are you sure it's not the Trust? Also do you actually have a case? Honest question, I'm not sure what community function the Ricoh provides. If doubt it has a long enough legacy as our home. More power to anyone who tries though.

To be fair it does say football stadia.
shmmeee - I was told by a Trust Board member they're not pursuing it so assume that's the case. tbh I know sweet fa about this but as it's something people are talking about and has happened at other clubs I'd at least like to get a better understanding even if it's then clear it's not appropriate for ccfc. But need a couple of people to help out as above

This has to be a positive move.
Any initiative based on community ownership of club and ground has to be a step in the right direction.
Pretty sure that's the Cov Utd blokes
OK, let's imagine that the Trust get hold of the ground. How are they going to get the club from SISU. Or is the whole point that another team would be formed to play there.

How do you know that we will have a club left by the time SISU have finished with us?
You seem to have forgotten that they said they have moved on.........or was it just more bullshit?

Its two businessmen from Nuneaton who bought the name Michael.

What do you reckon? One minute you believe them the next they just lie. Which is it? Or does it change to suit your argument?
Well, there are untruths on all sides then, aren't there? SISU, JS, ACL, fans on here. I'll take one from each.
I can't see that enough happens when the isn't a game on there to make it a community asset
The Ricoh with a roof and a proper floor instead of a football pitch would make an absolute fortune.
It is adjacent to the M6 so easy to get to,It can hold Concerts--exhibitions and indoor sporting events, making it
a superb community asset.
