Acl backed by the government or Sisu backed by the football league?
The battle is on!
Will a private company bring down a local authority?
Over to the final day's play in bloody Villa land of all places!

Don't who's going to win, but at the moment there is only one loser.

I keep thinking of the Aliens v Predator tagline:

"Whoever wins, we lose".

Sorry, did I say one? Obviously meant two. There's us fans of course, but also that Tory MP who said you can recycle yogurt pots.

Going by the CET summaries, the judge comes across as sympathetic to the council side- not unreasonably as the council are at least protecting local interests whereas SISU are just looking for a fast buck. I'm still surprised as I didn't expect him to be.

I've been looking at it from all angles trying to work out what SISU's plan C will be if they loose- which makes me a little apprehensive.
