Mine was Peter Ndlovu. Loved the way he ran at players and scored some ridiculous goals.

Then as I got older I discovered that he fathered half of Coventry, so he was a top shagger as well as a top footballer.

Who were your childhood heroes?

Peter Bonetti - lived in London
And was a Chelsea supporter before coming to Coventry - he was rubbish in the Mexico World Cup I was gutted

Ndlovu but literally a year or 2 too young to really appreciate him in the early years, so I will say Noel Whelan, loved him.

Dennis Law as a child and Gary Thompson as a teenager. I briefly stop going to football because of the racist treatment that guy received, even off his own fans.

Even though I supported City it was Jimmy Greaves. Favourite player at city as I got older was Gibbo.
