when brody was asked who owned the club last nite on cwr he said their is only two shareholders, but we have been told that no one holds more than 10%,so how can their be only two shareholders?

Thats what i thought. and if people are right that he took over ransons 16% then wouldnt that make him our majority shareholder

What - more bullshit and lies from a board (former) member - I am shocked. As far as I understand it the actual shares in SBS&L, the company that owns Ltd and CCFC Holdings Ltd outright are owned by Brody and the rest by 5 investment funds controlled and managed by SISU Capital. Who actually has invested in the funds is a complete mystery and a closely guarded state secret so who actually owns us is only known to SISU - but the honest chaps that they are they have assured the Football League that no one owns more than 10% of the shares. And of course with their track record of openness and honestly the FL believes them.

I would guess he means something like he owns a percentage and SISU own the rest however SISUs share is I believe split into seperate investment funds and within each fund would be multiple investors who are unknown to us and I think the league.

So how many investors are there in each SISU fund?
Shouldn't think anyone is going to disclose any details, but is it in the region of 2, 4, 10 or 100... details like this makes a difference to perception, hiding them ensures an absence of trust.
And does anyone previously connected to the club own a stake in SISU?

The number of investors in each fund is unknown as is the make up of each fund, ie is the funds assets spread over a portfolio of shares in different and disparate companies or is SBS&L the major or sole constituent of the portfolio. I suspect that its a minor part of a wide spread portfolio which is why SISU can "hide" the loan exposure in a morass of other investments.

Possibly a nice little loss making constituent to write down tax demands.

Is there any easy way to dig into the company profile? I presume someone has already downloaded SISU Capital's last accounts, published in Aug, what does that say?

The problem is... the more lies you tell, to cover the ones you told last week, only serve to get you into a tighter corner, sisu have come out with more B/shit since the takeover, that the corner they've been hiding in is no longer big enough.
oh and who owns Sisu,...the mafia and some spin doctors.

SISU Capital or any other incarnation of SISU do not own one single share of CCFC Ltd, CCFC Holdings Ltd or Sky Blue Sports and Leisure Ltd - SISU legally are not our owners - SISU control the funds that hold our shares and the faceless un-named investors in those funds are our actual owners + the Mr Metrotextual from Canada = now is that simples enough for you

Nobody answered the question yet.

WE OWN THE CLUB

We may not hold the shares, be the current custodians on the pitch or in the boardroom, but we are the vey fabric that IS the club. Without us there is no club, we are not an individual we are one continual voice from your fathers and grandfathers to your desendants who may not yet even be born. We are the only true constant.
