So are people not allowed to change jobs now without something untoward being accused?

I assume he meant past tense.

As in, the bloke who buggered off to the Yorkshire Bank etc.

From the court document:

The case arises out of negotiations that took place from March 2012
onwards between the SISU Group, as owner of the Club,
1
and AEHC
and the Council, as joint owners of ACL, the company managing the
Club’s then home ground, the Arena. The common purpose of those
negotiations was to find a mutually beneficial solution to the financial
difficulties facing ACL and the Club, as ACL’s anchor tenant: see the
note prepared by Martin Reeves, CEO of the Council, for the meeting
held on 19 April 2012.

David Gibney left didn't he? He was the guy who told sisu they could by the matchday F&Bs for £24m, and IIRC (and I could be wrong) was critical of ACLs business plan

Or the CCC as he left after the SISU plan and before the change of stance @ ACL. led by the CCC.

Richardson, Robinson, Mcginnity, Fletcher CCFC.
Mr Higgs, the father who passed away followed by son who also passed away. AHT
Wouldn't it be great to get all these people in court to get the full story!
Yesterday was a total waste of time & money with no end result!
