Don't think the underpass is the responsibility of ACL I think that's down to the council.

As for the upkeep of the stadium I believe Wasps have said they will be repainting and cleaning it up in the close season.

Repainting it gold and black? Jokes, lets not start that.

When walking around the stadium yesterday and the concourse it made me question the state of the stadium and clearly little maintenance has taken place since it's build and is well overdue.
Could this be another reason why ACL and the council were eager for a deal? Looking at the structure and all the steel work it's like the fourth bridge. It needs serious work and that's a lot of steel and a lot of cost. Everywhere you look maintenance and repairs are required.

I would think that was very much part of it. There is a lot of cost in just the upkeep let alone any development. I would think that due to the costs dumped on it by SISU and I would guess CCC, there was pressure on cash flow which means they would not be able to spend on renovations. Neither CCC nor AEHC are in a position to introduce capital to cover such costs.

Hopefully the gents toilets are first on the "renovations" list.

Eastwood actually brought this very issue up at the SBT open meeting he addressed. He is aware of the problem but I think his line was something like "we can't solve it overnight".

I guess the pitch & dressing rooms have taken priority.
