I'm sure Brian Borrows scored a few.

Yeah, I seem to recall Bugsy being a regular penalty taker. Maybe not as often as I thought.

Poor old McAllister, scored all of those penalties and then missed the biggest of his career at Euro 96.

Mick Coop was a penalty taker that calmed the nerves. Nothing flashy, no gimmicks but effective. Sometimes you feel your penalty taker is going to miss or your keeper is going to save it. I don't feel that Marosi is a penalty saver but feel that Godden will score them.

He did take a few but missed a few & I think the responsibility was handed to Mick Quinn as a result. Don’t remember the game but I think that actually happened during a match- Borrows missed one and Quinn took the second and scored

Coop used to scare the shit out of me probably because he hit them so softly. Didn't miss many though. Always trusted Ronnie Farmer. Didn't realise he had missed one.
Joe Murphy has 100% record for us

Don't remember Nuddy missing many.

I seem to recall that he sometimes took them left footed and sometimes right.

Can anyone confirm (or otherwise)?

I remember a Bugsy pen against Luton at HR when it hit the post, hit the goalie & spun in crazily (it was the game where Andy Pearce also scored on his debut I think?)

The only ones I remember him missing were when he tried to place them- remember one v Norwich when they'd had Gunn sent off and I think Mark Bowen was in goal, he looked tiny- Killer decided to try and place it in the corner and missed it.

Pretty sure I remember him missing one at home Vs Forest.
He blasted it.... so hard....
It hit the bar and went upwards nearly hitting the roof of the west stand.....
