Are we completely leadersless?

Our board is Tim Fisher and Mark Venus

Who owns us? Otium entertainment?

Why is no one talking to us about what's going on?

Because the owners are not interested in sharing any information with us and not interested in what we have to say.
And to be fair I think that most fans don't give a shit what they have to say either!

"You'll be hearing much more from me" says The Man back in mid December. Pretty much radio silence.

And what happened to the supposed appointment of a new COO or Ops Director? Nothing on that front either and no explanation about what's happened. Just more hot air aimed to placate the fans, followed by silence. Maybe they hope we forgot.

..lack of communication leads to mistrust, frustration, anger, demonstration and God know what. If the owners and Fisher showed they cared I think most fans could stomach some of this, but they don't .

Well Tim "doesn't run the club". He just gives up a few hours of his time each week to attend matches and make sure the books are in order.

Fear leads to hate, hate leads to the dark side...... But it doesn't matter how bad things get I'm not going over to the dark side and supporting Villa.

On a slightly more serious note this is a good question.
