Is it ACL or SISU. It seems obvious getting this CVA signed and out of the way is SISU's priority and ACL know delaying could force the ground share proposal, delay any signings and cost the . company a lot of money. Talking to various people I was surprised that not signing this CVA seemed to be the most important one. There is still scope for the FL/FA to re-visit their decision to agree the ground share proposal and we have to look long term.

For ACL it is a bit of a damned if you do damned if you don't situation but we must remember there is a mediator, isn't there ? CWR keep mentioning Appleton has called this meeting. For me this meeting gives the FL/FA time to look at their decision again. They can say what they want but their own rules have not been adhered to and since making their decision offers to pay for us to play at the Ricoh by a third party have been made. Will the mediator report back to the Football authorities ?

Big question though do we the fans look short or long term ?

Always best to change your whip hand when your arm starts getting tired.

Either that or you stop being the whipper and start becoming the whippee.

I think , with your comment "we have to look long term" is we're the split occurs with the support. ACL verses SISU. Both undoubtedly want a successful sky blues , but how soon and at what cost . A few on here seem to go with the ,at any cost scenario turning a blind eye to the interests of the council and those committed to the Ricoh cause and ,let's face it the vast majority of the sky blue faithful. As to ,who has the whip hand, when push comes to shove if a reasonable offer is on the table for the Ricoh how can we be moved to Northampton . Foot ball leagues own rules?

If the rumours are correct the FA are involved, they'll never have a better chance to stamp their authority on the whole sad affair and do the right thing. City play at the Ricoh.

It was said to me yesterday that a legal challenge to the FL decision is a possibility, trying to get some sort of temporary injunction, the same person who told me St Andrews and Walsall won't happen due to policing costs said the same problem could also be at Northampton, that would put the ball in the ACL court. He told me the local police are saying they will put on their maximum police operation for all games, whatever that is. That will be expensive and do sisu/otium pay ?

What happens when Otium gets the first months invoice and refuse to pay as "it's too much"?

Who has the whip hand? Depends who is prepared to walk away from doing a deal - and any deal done surely has to be long term

Probably all the people not in the news: Joy/The other administrator, Ruben is it/Ann Lucus & a hidden member of the Higgs family?

FL/FA should force the issue by saying the ground share cannot happen until there are firm plans for a new stadium on the table.
All parties involved would be financially better off.

Surely whilst in administration Appleton would look at the situation and say it is currently more cost effective to play at the Ricoh.
After all he is trying to maximise CCFC interests.
For him to say CCFC can still ground share whilst in administration goes against the principles of administration and / or is just plain wrong.

CCFC pay. The debt for all this will just build up and be placed on CCFC books. We will never get out of this situation for many years, if at all.

Yes they will pay and just add it to the club debt to themselves !
