Well a lot of us received letters or emails from CCFC stating that they had made mistakes, they wished to make amends, keep us informed and be more transparent about all things involving the City.
Why is it then, that they don't feel comfortable with announcing on the CCFC website the fact they are appealing the JR, but can quite happily tell us that they have paid monies to the FL as ordered by them a week ago????

There have been many promises over the years by SISU-appointed directors to improve communication with supporters, the last being by Tim who stated in his open letter ( originally signed off by Joy and Tim but subsequently amended to Tim alone) which read as follows:

"We understand the need for transparency and intend to re-build the relationship with our supporters through regular communication."

You made a great start Tim!

You know, you had a chance to rebuilt trust but it seems you have just confirmed what we have thought all along - you're just full of shit, you really are and you should be ashamed of yourself!

I'm sure they will claim the Appeal is nothing to do with the club, it's purely a Sisu matter. However, as reported on BBC the application is in the name of Sky Blue Sports & Leisure, whose Directors as per last published accounts were Tim Fisher & Mark Labovitch, who are also the club directors of course. Sky Blue S&L also is parent company of Otium, which is the legal entity of the club. Clearly there is a direct link, whatever they may claim and in any case, Seppala calls all the shots it seems.

Otium Entertainment Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sky Blue Sports & Leisure Ltd. There is no distinction to be made.

Yes they will claim it's nothing to do with the club but guess who will be paying the bills still the Wilson money won't last forever.

Strictly they are separate legal entities but for all practical purposes I agree with you.

If you are not into common sense get Fisher to explain his Chinese sodding walls.

So by 'transparent' they mean unambiguous, which surely means not to be open to more than one interpretation. Therefore, as my interpretation of Tim is that he is an absolute bellend, of the highest order......he is being very transparent in that regard. As far as anything involving the club goes, it's just utter bullshit.

I would have preferred Tim to use 'limpid' which has the same meaning as transparent (and seems to suit him more?) which coincidentally sounds a lot like limpet, which is commonly used as a metaphor for objects or people who stubbornly cling on to something.

Well...it seems you, like many of us, have seen right through them.

You can't get much more transparent than that!!!
