that sisu only came to ccfc for money, they dont just want the stadium for nothing they want the surrounding land for nothing aswell.
if they were interested at all about the club they could have (as promised) bought the higgs share years ago and had access to the match day revenue, and worked toward buying the acl share. but no, they sold the better players we have had, and if replaced at all, with poor quality or loans payed for by there parent club.
if they get hold of the ricoh the match day revenues will hardly be enough to satisfiy there share holders, and the team will have no investment.
if they get hold of the surrounding land aswell, they could be here for 20-30-40 years bleeding who ever builds on the land dry with lease rental, and they still wont put money into the team as it will be seen as having done is job.
i belive ACL have done the right thing in appliying for an admistrator, we must be rid of these parsitic highwaymen.
i just hope that there is someone who can pick up the peices and use a little vision to see what a great city football club and supporters we have here.
We'll never learn. Everyone will get excited and jump for the first set of investors interested basically because they are not SISU. Then the wheel will turn again.

SISU are an investment group. It's no surprise and indeed no secret that they're in it purely for financial gain. Their investors would be furious if they put footballing sentiment over financial needs, and rightly so.
This can be a good thing, it means they'll do everything to make sure the club is worth more when they sell it than when they bought it. Alternatively, it means they could act ruthlessly if they deem the club to be a lost cause to them. It makes liquidation more likely.
